Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Tour Rated ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Tour Rated is

Tour Rated lets golfers search for golf instructors and read or leave reviews based on their own lesson experiences. Tour Rated does not book lessons, employ coaches, or verify every claim made in a review. Coach profiles and aggregate ratings are provided for informational purposes only.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to submit a review. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not create an account on behalf of someone else.

4. Review content

Reviews must reflect a genuine lesson experience with the coach being reviewed. By submitting a review, you grant Tour Rated a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Service. You retain ownership of what you write. See our Review Guidelines for what is and isn't allowed in a review.

Tour Rated may remove, hide, or decline to publish any review that violates these Terms or the Review Guidelines, and may act on flags submitted by other users at its discretion.

5. Coach profiles and responses

A coach who claims their profile may respond publicly to reviews about them. Coach responses are subject to the same content standards as reviews. Claiming a profile does not grant any control over review visibility beyond the ability to respond.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Post a review for a lesson you did not personally take
• Post defamatory, harassing, or knowingly false content
• Manipulate ratings through fake accounts or coordinated activity
• Scrape, resell, or republish Service data at scale without permission
• Attempt to interfere with the Service's normal operation

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." Tour Rated does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any review, rating, or coach profile. Your decision to hire any coach listed on Tour Rated is your own responsibility.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tour Rated is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
